In the event, if you are displeased with our services we will ensure to refund the money, provided if the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please go through the specifications and terms on each deal before buying the products, it provides all the details about the services on the product you purchase.


In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel the product purchased or ordered from Cognetix and can initiate for the refund. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.


Refund Policy


Cognetix will make sure to deliver the best design concepts for their Client.


In case if any client is not completely satisfied with Cognetix products after purchase, Cognetix will provide the refund for the same at the earliest. 


Any Cognetix products If purchased using credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for payment at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name, payments refund will be made to the same account.
